Membership
To apply for membership in Truck Company #2 and the Greensburg Fire Department, the following must apply:

You must be at least 18 years of age

You must pass a doctors physical examination

You must not have been convicted of a felony

You must be available Monday nights between the hours of 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for meetings and drills

You must be available for various fundraising events throughout the year
If you meet the above requirements and are still interested in applying for membership, please stop by the fire station to pick up an application. You can also print and fill out the application (click for application), but you must return the application in person to a Truck Company #2 member. The best time to stop by the station is Monday nights between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., or call ahead to make sure that a member will be available.
Once you have applied for membership and have been approved by the examining physician, the members of the company, at the next monthly meeting, will then vote on your application. If you are voted in, you must complete a one-year probationary membership along with probationary school provided by the Greensburg Fire Department. On the one-year anniversary date of being voted in as a probationary member, and upon successful completion of probationary school, you will then be voted on by the members for active membership.
